My phone shattered on Wednesday. I didn't have insurance on my phone to get the screen replaced. My partner sent me this place and due to the outstanding reviews I decided to try my business here. Thursday I went when they opened and Joe greeted me and was very friendly and understanding about my screen. He gave me a reasonable price point due to his care for quality materials for my Samsung 23 Ultra. He didn't have my replacement yesterday but told me that he'd have one tomorrow and would be able to replace it then. Today he told me the phone wouldn't be done as quickly as usual due to an injury he had on his finger. He was still very kind and professional and had it done by 3 hours before he closed. Joe is a great owner for this small business and even though I was shy and a little anxious about going in due to never having my phone repaired, he delivered it to me like I just purchased it almost 2 years ago. Best Place for Phone Repair in Missoula! Great, quick service and communication, and above all else trustworthy. Brought my S22 Ultra with a dead screen after a bad bounce in my driveway. No cracks somehow but the screen was black and unresponsive. Joe was super helpful, and it turned out to just be that the internal ribbon had disconnected. No need for a new screen, and I was able to pick up later the same day. Saved me the massive headache of having to replace the phone and losing everything that was on it. Thanks so much! Highly Recommend and will definitely be back if my phone takes another unfortunate bounce or worse.
